It is normal for the fan to automatically start oscillating after one hour of operation in the Advanced Sleep Mode, as this is the default setting. During installation, users should ensure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft, not the arc surface, to avoid reduced air output.

If the fan seems to be malfunctioning, it is possible that a timer was accidentally set previously. Users should check the timer settings and try the operation again.

Additionally, users should verify whether the fan is in the Advanced Sleep Mode or if the screen has been manually turned off. When the screen is off, the operation panel enters a semi-sleep state to prevent accidental touch. To adjust the settings, users need to press the panel twice – the first time to wake it up, and the second time to make the desired changes.
